Job Description


Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with global operations in a services environment, particularly in client-facing sales or customer service roles.
  • Experience in operations management, operational governance, transformation, continuous improvements and operational risk management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • Operations Six Sigma, COPC and/or LEAN certification (or other relevant operations coursework)
  • Experience with content or tag management systems (CMS), digital marketing / analytics platforms, appdev environment
  • Deep domain expertise in Digital Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, Content/Creative Writing, Video/Display marketing, Programmatic Advertising.
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Python or other web technologies. Experience building and maintaining websites

In this role, you will be part of a Global Tech Solutions team supporting Small and Medium business advertisers with technical implementation and product migrations. In this crucial role you'll enable a complex multi-year product activation strategy. You will lead a team of global vendors who will provide live (Phone/Video) consultations to advertisers on migrating their existing ad stack to new and evolving Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager product features.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical customer support operations to help advertisers with product migration. This is a multi-year strategic big bet for Product and Google Ads business.
  • Drive operations with our vendor partners. Provide operational leadership to the workflow, as well as engage and inspire our service provider teams and creating awesome customer experiences.
  • Manage service design for a complex, technical workflow, ensuring the needs of both product and sales teams are met in serving our customers. Iterate on service design and ensure global consistency.
  • Ensure all processes are up to date, well-documented and training materials around processes are robust and meet customer expectations. Manage multiple strategic stakeholder relationships across operations, sales support and vendor team
  • Identify operational Efficiencies (e.g. manage utilization, eliminate non-productive activities, cross-site synergies, cross-operations synergies, reduce sub-scale operations, automation, deprecation)
