Job Description


Minimum qualifications:
  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience working in the Advertising and/or Media industry.
  • 2 years of experience in delivery/client engagement or operations in Sales, Marketing Operations, and/or Sales Enablement.
  • 2 years of experience managing teams.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience successfully managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape, both online and offline.
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize strategic and/or tactical business opportunities.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As a Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Digital Marketing Strategists who work collaboratively with Mid-Market Sales teams to grow the business at a segment and/or country level for our Google Client Solutions (GCS) advertisers. Digital Marketing Strategists take the lead on developing and executing integrated Google media solutions and strategies. You will motivate and coach your team to provide consultative and insight-based direction to our full range of GCS customers, using a range of premiere to scaled strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a central team of high performing Digital Marketing Strategists who work collaboratively with Sales teams.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and growth objectives for multiple segments at the market/business-model level.
  • Coach your team to support optimizations and opportunity assessments for customers from various eComm industries.
  • Mobilize and enable your team to problem solve for customers lifetime value by fulfilling business/marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Program Management teams to enable Googles Go-to-Market strategy for Ads solutions across the Mid-Market segment of customers.
