Work on assigned Jobs actively and find the resource in least turnaround time.
Sourcing of the resumes and short-listing the candidates for the clients from various Job Portals, Social media, Search Engines, etc.
Sourcing profiles through Head Hunting and various Social networking sites.
Executed strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as advertising, employment agencies, internal databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing.
Speak with candidates to know their priorities if they have any constraints like location, clients etc.,
Conduct competency-based interviews to check their suitability towards the requirement.
Scheduling the interviews for the candidates and locking them on the given time.
Update the candidates with a feedback and maintain relationship with them for future prospects.
Negotiate the Rate/ Salary at minimum total cost to the business.
Developed a strong relationship with Business Unit Heads, hiring managers, stake holders and Business directors to encourage a partnership in filling open requisitions.
Maintain the Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual reports
Must have worked on Telecom Technology Value added services company or IT company
Should be comfortable in working on MS office, excel, word , PowerPoint.
Language skills should be very fluent in English. Foreign language is added advantage.
