Job Description

Work with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements (product management team, service delivery team, operations and network engineering team)
Proactively resolve gaps in the designs as they are found, through the build and test cycles
Validate HLDs with user communities of the systems affected and sign off from all stakeholders
Work with IT systems development teams within and 3rd party subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance to requirements and HLDs produced
Provides support to developers and other architects during implementation of projects, manages design change requests.
Gains agreement for designs/models from stakeholders
Maintain AS-IS architecture for Voice IT domains.
