Job Description
Lead Consultant- SFDC .- Work in a highly collaborative team environment with an always-evolving mixture of active collaboration and quiet-time passionate about project advancement and self-learning.
- Full release management including creation of use cases and test plans as required.
- Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, and training material Keep up to date on new SFDC and 3rd party apps, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business requirements.
- Act as a domain specialist for Salesforce Admin, development, integration, and Lightning.
- Develop end-user requirements to craft, develop, configure and coordinate SFDC including APEX code, custom objects/fields, process builds, page layouts, workflow rules, external tool integrations, LWs.

Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- BE/MBA/M.Tech.
- Typically requires experience in lighting.
- Certifications in Salesforce Platform.
- Expertise in Lightning web components Package Domain, Application component, Component card, Handler Controller, Input elements, Layout & CSS, Helper method, Apex controller, LDS, Interfaces, Lightning using VF, LWC, Events etc.
- Hands on experience in Customization of Applications, Tabs, Objects, Fields, Record Types and Page Layouts.
- Workflow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Data Security and Approval Process, OWD.
- Apex Programming, Visual Force Page, DML, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex, Triggers, Extensions, Test Classes, Java Script, Schema Programming.
- JSON, XML, HTTP, Callouts, REST, SOAP, OAuth, Chatter Streaming, Serialization and De serialization.
- Migration Process Change set, ANT Tool, Workbench.
- Training the new users and preparation of user manuals and functional documentation.
