1. Bachelors/Masters degree is required
2. Candidate can be Fresher/Experienced.
3. Experienced candidates must have relevant work experience in Domestic/international voice process/BPO
4.Candidate must have good command/proficiency in both English and Hindi
5. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
6. Candidate should have a Laptop/Desktop (Not Mandatory) and Wifi Connection (Mandatory)
Job Description
1. Answer incoming calls OR respond to customer emails
2. Management and resolve customer complaints
3. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
4. Provide product and service information to customers
5. Research required information using available resources
6. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
7. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
8. Recognise, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
9. Follow up customer calls where necessary
