Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


Daily employee support required in order to improve work operations in respective branch offices.

Daily Vendor Invoices complete validation & processing through ERP / NERP/ SAP.

Close eye on Annual Maintenance Contracts in branch offices.

Agreement renewal of all AMCs from time to time before it gets expired.

Close eye on lease agreement & get it renewed from time to time through lease portal.

All Agreement completion through ECMS, coordination with legal team.

Vendor selection & bidding through BQMS.

Vendor registration through VERS to get it on board.

Close eye on Repair & Maintenance / modification of projects from time to time in branch offices.

Completion of consolidated GA projects in west region from time time as per business requirement.eg. Courier, Cab, CCD, Stationary, security, Packaging water.

Inventory control & PO generation through MRO for all respective SIEL branch locations.

Raising necessary RFAs approvals from time to time as per business requirement.

Asset verification & final audits.

Vendor performance check through multiple parameters from time time.

To work efficiently for continuous Employee health & safety.

To work on multiple cost optimization projects in SIEL from time to time.

Internal security audits in all branch locations by coordinating with landlords.

Full commercial support like vendor balance confirmation, invoice processing.

Ensuring smooth housekeeping & security operations in all branch offices.

Close eye on inward & outward movements in branch offices.

To get the SOPs implemented efficiently & to streamline the process in all branch offices for uniformity.

To have close eye on employee occupancy rate in offices in order to manage work stations efficiently.

Arranging board meetings for leaders by coordinating with IT team.

To have complete control on utilities & act proactively to avoid last moment issues.

Prepare complete MIS to set the yearly GA budget efficiently.

Handling all procurement operations related GA / HR activities.

Plan & organize yearly events efficiently in branch offices.

To work with an HO audit team and provide them inputs from time to time.

To ensure proper discipline among employees / third party employees in all respective branch offices.

To work efficiently in office closure projects & to meet deadlines.

Material distribution among employees across all branch offices from time to time.

To support HR department as per business requirement.


Desired Candidate Profile


Immediate joining candidate are preferred.

5+ years (at least 3+ years Experience as a officer General Administrations in corporate office)
