Designation:- Sales Manager

Location :- Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Baroda, Bardoli, Gandhinagar

Channel - Agency Channel

Qualification:-Graduation

Salary:- 3.5 lacs pm + Incentive

Exp - 1 year into BFSI sales

Responsibilities and Duties :-

* SM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.

* Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.

* Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.

* Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.

* Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
