"Urgent opening For Logistics Executive For Pharma Company based at Mumbai"

Roles and Responsibilities

• Logistics related to import, export and road transport
• Monitor import clearance and documentation from suppliers including direct Shipments
• Liaise with shipping lines to minimize demurrage charges.
• Check all transport invoices and ensure they are posted on system
• Responsible to assess all the factors of logistics such as strategic planning.
• Responsible for planning & forecasting logistics management.
• Responsible to investigate stock discrepancies and return inspections at customers premises.
• Manage complaints at the third-party warehouses and ensure adherence to company standards on returns.
• To ensure compliance and implementation of cGMP and SOP.
• Reporting cGMP deviations/changes as per Quality Management Systems/SOPs.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Facilitating internal and external inspections.
• Report on project progress in a routine and formal manner, including the reporting of issuesand delays and opportunities.
