As team we
- Develop, maintain and deploy rules engines and automation framework
- Regularly collaborate with support to seeks ways to increase automation coverage.
- Regularly collaborate with product management to provide product feedback
- Analyze large scale textual data and identify patterns in service requests
- Develop and deploy systems that are essential for problem management and automated analysis
Job Responsibilities
As a developer in our team you will have to wear multiple hats depending on the requirements that come up.
Your job responsibilities includes but is not limited to
- Developing, deploying maintaining existing automation framework
- Scripting new engines, tools based on the needs in languages like perl, python or any other scripting tool.
- Closely collaborate with co-developers to implement required rules and signature.
- Maintain and develop code deployment engine like Jenkins
- Work in collaborative, agile environment
Requirements
- Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree, in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience deploying code within change management procedures
- Proficient in any of the programming languages like Perl, Python, JavaScript, Java, C++
- Proficient in html5, CSS, and/or any frontend framework
- Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing frameworks and tools
- Good basic understanding of database, Operating systems, and networking
- Keen interest to learn new technologies like AI and Machine Learning
- Experience with PL/SQL Apex and Oracle JET will be a plus
- DevOps and Oracle cloud knowledge will be a plus
- Team-player, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technology expertise with insights about technology trends and solutions
- Ability to communicate technical issues to users and to interpret their feedback
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
