Job Description


Expertly handle accounts, payments, and refunds. Assist team members with quarterly and year-end closing and daily invoice processing based on volume. Ensure that all incoming AP inquiries are resolved in a timely manner and manage escalations as needed. Analysed monthly balance sheet accounts for corporate reporting. Manage financial statements and organize data for executives. Gather information for internal and external Audit; approve invoices for payments. Assess daily Accounts Payable workflow; redirect duties among team members as needed. Analyse and researched reporting issues to improve accounting operations procedures. Identified areas of potential tax savings and made recommendations. Ensure team members are properly trained and collaborate with managers to improve the A/P process. Part of the transition team of AP India Audit and worked as a KT (Knowledge Transfer) Lead and prepared KT related documents.
