Location : kolkata ( WFH )
Salary: As per industry standards
Education: Undergraduates/Graduates in any stream /PG
Experience : 1-4 yr
- W rite and post job descriptions.
Source potential candidates on various general Staffing
candidate Should have experience in Blue collar Recruitment.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods.
Should have target chasing attitude
RequirementsRequired skill set -
- Excellent portal knowledge like Naukri, Monster required Excellent communication skills
Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies
Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Build a strong talent pipeline
Note :- Laptop /Desktop & Internet connection is must.
