Job Title: Customer Support
Job Role:
Taking Calls and Solving Customer Quires over Phone
Experience: Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in International voice process
Requirements
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Shift: Rotational
Week Off: 2 days rotational week off
