Designation: HR Recruiter
Screening resumes using job portals and shortlisting them
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Meet the monthly targets and achieve handsome incentives
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2, 50,000 P.A. (For exceptional candidates this can go high)
Location : Kolkata ( Salk lake, Sector V / New Alipure )
Education- Any Graduate / MBA - HR
Experience : 6 months minimum to 4 years
Qualification:
Should be a graduate with good English communication
Smart and pleasant personality required
Should be efficient in doing recruitment ( Non- IT / Lateral Hiring )
Note: Good English communication skills will be preferred.
