Job Description


Job Title: Workflow Coordinators
Work Location: Cochin
As of now work from home, as per situation it will be work from office
Shift: Rotational Shift
Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Experience: Experience in creating, designing native PPT presentations
  • Should have prior experience in Job que management/allocation etc

experience in designing, creating, formatting native PPT for marketing services (BFSI domain)
Experience in MS office suite
Requirements
Candidate should have,
1. Good Communication skills
2. Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3. Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
5. Good technical knowledge
6. Should be willing to work in rotational shift including night shift (shift rotation every month)
