Position Overview
BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various COOs/Operations leads in delivering various value added reporting, analytics and lead/support in various projects and initiatives.
As an Associate-Business Analyst in Business Management & Analytics Group, Analyse, document trade attributes and liaise with data engineers to develop and build reports.

Your key responsibilities
- Document current state reporting processes for the current CB and IB reports (daily, monthly and weekly processes)
- Request data extracts from dbSleuth Database and ensure the correct data is received
- Analyse useful trade attributes in conjunction with SMEs
- Schedule and facilitate working sessions with SMEs to review data fields and what fields we need to develop reporting views
- Document relevant fields per asset class including which management views are needed per asset class
- Build Tableau Dashboard and views based on reporting requirements
- Translate requirements to data engineers and developers who are building reports
- Document changes in requirements and feeding changes to data engineer and developer
- Document future state reporting processes for the current CB and IB reports (daily, monthly and weekly processes)
- Support with go-live activities including creation of go-live documentation and training SMEs with using new solution for daily, weekly and monthly volume reporting
- Establish connection between Project Space and Tableau
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Your skills and experience
- BCA, MCA, BTech, MTech or equivalent technical qualification with 4 to 8 years of experience
- Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, SQL & Access experience strongly preferred
- Python & R would be an added advantage
- JIRA Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point etc
- Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
- Passion and proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data
