Position Overview
BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various COOs/Operations leads in delivering various value added reporting, analytics and lead/support in various projects and initiatives.
As an Associate in Business Management & Analytics Group, Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Your key responsibilities
- Develop the reporting by collecting and analyzing the information.
- Suggest changes/automations to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Define & monitor project requirements by identifying project tracking activities, milestones, phases and elements, forming project team
- Lead from the front to be a role model on values and beliefs of the organization
Your skills and experience
- BCA, MCA, BTech, MTech or equivalent technical qualification with 4 to 8 years of experience
- Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, SQL & Access experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point etc
- Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
- Passion and proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data
