Head of Operations Candidates Specifications: Must have 15 years of experience 15-20 years of relevant work experience Looking for candidates from Maps, Ideally Delivery Leads for 3D mapping etc in maps Should have handled large span (1000+FTEs) Experience in end-to-end services spanning digital marketing, content moderation, maps building and sustenance, customer experience management, new product launches and operations support Hands on experience of formulating and executing on-shore and off-shore operating models He/She should be operationally strong with strong client management and excellent communication skills Ability to work in a virtual team environment with ability to support multiple functions and stakeholders
