Soft skills
- Serving as Consultant/Technical SME, engaging with the Client team to ensure requirements are understood and that Accurate product is being implemented/configured to meet the business requirements.
- Communicates effectively. You are unafraid to put together a proposal, a deck, or a presentation, and share it with diverse audiences, including senior leaders within Fiserv and client.
- Has the ability to communicates complex topics and concepts to various members in the organization and clients
- Proactively identifies issues and problems and develops proposed solution options before escalating
- Is fluent with MS Excel, Powerpoint and other understanding of project management tools to assist PMs
- Possess significant experience in adhering to or improving procedures and processes required for the effective implementation of projects.
- Proven ability to work under significant project pressure and meet internal and external deadlines.
- Ability to work extended workdays, weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be able to build repo with client to capture new business.
- Proactive to determine the new opportunities which are important for Fiserv business in Accurate or other products
Technical sckills:
- Proficient in writing Batch Files, SQL Queries and related Syntax
- Proficient in software problem identification and resolution as well as relational database administration experience using SQL 2014,2016, Oracle 12c or higher
- Proficient in Middleware deployment(Websphere, Jboss and Wildfly) and to troubleshoot
- Through understanding of network, firewall to guide client team for troubleshooting
- Middleware, batch and Database performance tuning experience
- Understating of cloud (AWS, Azure) to speak with clients infra team for installation of product.
- Knowledge of Server hardware and storage technologies for hardware recommendation and understanding of CPU, RAM and Storage configuration
- Proficient in Accurate or like product modules(Reconciliation , Workflow, certification and reporting)
- Can independently understand client requirement , write solution design and do installation and configuration of modules.
- Working knowledge on product database tables and different module linking.
- Reconciliation rules configuration and changes
- Can drive demo for client and confident to present/show the product features.
- Handle product trainings to client business/technical team
- Experience with Accurate product as below.
- Installed and configured product on SQL Server, Oracle with Jboss and Websphere
- Troubleshooting knowledge on scripts and basic understanding on how to write scripts.
