Roles & Responsibilities:1. Should have 3 to 6 year experience in NonIT recruitment, Engineering, Chemical ,Manufacturing,FMCG & FMCD.
2. Should have excellent communication skills.
3. Searching Candidates as per the requirement of company.
4. Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set time lines.
5. Handling End-to-End sourcing activities for different levels.
6. Scheduling interviews and follow ups with candidates.
7. Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References & Self-Data Bank.
8. Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ handling End to End recruitment process.
9. Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
10. Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
11. Meeting targets within given deadlines.
