Job Description
URGENT REQUIREMENT: SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE - HR GENERALIST.
Preferable : Female candidate ( looking for candidate between Borivali to Churchgate location only).
It will be partial work from home you have to work from office as and when required.
Candidate duties and Responsibilities in our firm would be Recruitment and hiring of candidates.
- Employee engagement activities
- Maintaining attendance records and Calculation of salaries
- Arranging things for various events
- On boarding candidates, entry and exit formalities
- Handling employee grievances
- Procuring goods / services for the company
- Handling over all administration of the company
- Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time
Sourcing and Screening Guidelines:
- Excellent written & oral communications skills. Should be able to write emails well
- Recruitment Experience is mandatory
- Need female candidate, Can consider female ensure she is smart in communication, should be able to answer candidates well.
Salary will be as per company norms.
