Required Candidate profile

Knowledge of ACD like Avaya, Nortel and CC Pulse.
Working knowledge of Blue Pumpkin, IEX, eWFM etc.
Good communication skills.
Should Have Hardcore RTA Exp
handled RTA in international voice process
