Job Description

Field Officers/Loan Officers will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. This outbound/field job requires basic understanding of sales process and dynamics with good interpersonal skills.

• Reports To: Branch Manager
  
• Qualification: Fresh Graduates
  
• Required Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Ability to sell
• Ability to handle customers efficiently
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills and negotiation skills
• Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
• Capability to grow in a competitive environment
• Proficiency in English, vernacular & Hindi Language
• Two-wheeler license holder with insured two wheeler (Mandatory)
• Indemnity Bonds

• Note: Job location will be decided by the company based on business requirements and company policy.

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 1,00,000 to 2,50,000 and performance based incentives
