Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to drive Operation & People Metrics across span of hubs.
Plan, Organize and Direct subordinates to ensure a seamless delivery process for a delightful Customer Experience;
As a line manager ensure all operation/people metrics in the hub are met with minimal escalations
Bring about process improvements in the hub to enrich operational/delivery processes
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in span of hubs ensuring infrastructure and hub facilities are maintained
Accomplishes Organization mission
Recruitment & Attrition monitoring

Desired Candidate Profile

KANNADA Language is must

Strictly from Logistics background & with similar experience can apply

Should be from in and around Jakkasandra location
