Job Description

About the Role
The Business Support Consultant should demonstrate good knowledge of the DAP and Claims business and will be responsible for performing a variety of loan servicing tasks under the Home Lending department especially within the DAP and Claims line of business.
Liaises with key business partners, providing subject matter expertise on a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations (that are managed by others) to ensure success in meeting business
goals and objectives. Ensures efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and impasse and pipeline management relating to assigned operations. Enacts and monitors key indicators to ensure
effective performance and control management of assigned operations. Establishes framework for assigned business operational reviews and suggests oversight strategies. Participates in
performance monitoring reviews. Ensures effective integration/timing of change initiatives related to assigned business operations. Has ongoing accountability for effective operational controls.
Influences technology or innovation opportunities on behalf of line of business or group. Participates on projects as needed.
 
  Responsibilities
 
Demonstrate good knowledge of DAP and Claims business
Coordination and collaboration with business leaders to maintain and initiate relationship management responsibilities and risk management activities as necessary,
Demonstrated change management skills with ability to successfully transform a requirement while delivering superior results and execution
Liaises with key business partners, providing subject matter expertise on a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations (that are managed by others) to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
Ensures efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and impasse and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
Enacts and monitors key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations.
Participates in performance monitoring reviews. Ensures effective integration/timing of change initiatives related to assigned business operations. Has ongoing accountability for effective operational controls.
Influences technology or innovation opportunities on behalf of line of business or group. Participates on projects as needed.
Independently deliver assigned initiatives, ensuring business requirements are defined and met

Essential Qualifications
Experience of more than 1 to 2 years in DAP and Claims.
Knowledge in Default Accounts payable, Claims, Home Equity type of loan & Corporate Advance Reconciliation Team Researches
Strong analytical skills.
