Desired Candidate Profile

We have an urgent requirement for Recruitment Professionals. This is a fulltime, work from home opportunity and we are looking for candidates who have good experience in recruitment industry. Please refer below detailed requirement.

Responsibilities:
1. Source relevant candidates based on assigned requirements.
2. Speak to the candidates and brief them about the opportunity.
3. Regular follow up with the candidates for the interviews and other related activities.
4. Follow up for the successful joining for the selected candidates.

Required Skills
1. Good experience in recruiting IT / NON IT (Engineering, Real Estate, Retail, Automobile, etc) candidates.
2. Must have good communication skills (written / verbal).
3. Must have good skills to work on leading job portals & social media to attract relevant candidates.
4. Must be good with MS office, specially MS Outlook & MS Excel.
5. Willing to work for 8 hours a day.

Salary
1. We have mix of both fixed + incentive structure to offer for this role.
2. Fixed salary will be INR 10,000/ Month & over and above, we have incentive structure.

3. You can work from Anywhere India.
