WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING FOR POSITION OF RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER RECRUITMENT for our Baroda Office and Mumbai Office.

Recruitment Executive / Assistant Manager Recruitment

Location: Baroda and Mumbai

Years of Exp: 3-10 years

Experience in handling Manpower deputation / Contractual hiring is added advantage.

End to End Recruitment of all level positions including Engineering & technical professionals in EPC Industry.
Understanding client requirements, Technical Screening, Sourcing candidates through External Job sites, Company Recruitment database, Employee Referral Database.
Submitting the qualified CVs to Team Leaders.
Scheduling interviews to the candidates for further proceedings.
Maintaining a strong database for effective recruitment process.
Building and maintaining the network with candidates.
Involve in salary negotiation, recommendation and closure for the incumbents.
Issuance of Offer Letters.
Preparing Daily reports.
Ensure that the Hiring Targets are met.
