experience required:insurance + any field sales executive

age: 25 to 35

education: graduation

ctc: up to 3.0 lpa fix ctc + incentives

location: pan india

lived in current location minimum for 2 years

role & responsibility:

  • recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.
  • training, motivating and development of team members.
  • organizing sales visits
  • demonstrating and presenting products
  • establishing new business
  • maintaining accurate records
  • attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • reviewing sales performance
  • aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
  • sell new insurance contracts.
  • cold calling, using referrals etc.
  • individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
  • collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
  • fulfil all company-established policy obligations.
