Technical Solutions Architecture Senior @ NTT Data

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical / medical device business process, from manufacturing to supply chain to (compound) product development and current industry challenges
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, notably across Life Sciences and Medical Devices, including yet not limited to frameworks such as TOGAF and industry growth sectors such as Manufacturing 4.0 for Life Sciences. Familiarity with leading software solutions (ERP, architecture, and automation) and industry-oriented packets (QMS and 3PL)
• Skilled in pre-sales and solutions process, including drawing from and creating client facing content along with tactical detailed content to showcase IT solutions related to industry challenges; this might include developing thought leadership ready for publication and interaction with the industry analyst and advisory community
• Skilled in facilitation related to storyboarding, solutioning, and full EA stack components of an IT solution that stretches the gamut of business, application, data, and infrastructure architecture, including process automation toolset
• Ability to personally draft proposal, statement of work, and contract narratives related to industry trends and challenges along with approaches to support improvements using IT, leveraging both the written word and in-person storytelling and being able to present multiple options for a range of services that might encapsulate client requirements
• Ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization as a self-starter and play the role of point for a client, taking on the client perspective of what an IT solution should feel like from an implementation and operational perspective, including experience with estimating lifecycle programs; considered expert in presentation, influence and persuasion abilities. This would include defining solution strategies and coordinating the efforts of various internal organizations to develop technology solutions that meet client needs
