Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate who can join Immediate will preferred We are looking for the one who Leads Team provides direction, and guidance to a team members We have urgent requirement of team leader in our sales analyst process.

To manage the day to-day operations with a team of agents and meet the required service levels, quality and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile :

HSC or Graduate with Minimum 6 months experience as a TL onpaper Mandatory.

Excellent Communication

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Should be well versed with KPI's and Formulas (Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT, etc)
