Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
As an OD Executive/ Senior Executive, you will report to the OD Manager and work closely with the Headof OD who is also a Director in the company, and other stakeholders internally and externally. You will be
a key member of the OD team and contribute across all of its projects. Key responsibilities include (but
are not limited to):
Creating content for blog, LinkedIn, website newsletter, press releases, event keynotes,
speeches, and all internal and external sustainability communications
Developing a strategy for continuously improving and enhancing our sustainability
communications across all channels
Tracking analytics Shahis communications and social media channels
Providing project management support on various CSR, sustainability, worker wellbeing, and
innovation programs, as per requirement
Drafting and reviewing internal policies, communications, and company updates
Tracking national and global sustainability events which Shahi should be attending
Creating presentations and concept notes for internal and external stakeholders
Strengthening internal communications and information sharing around sustainability
Working with internal and external stakeholders to collect ideas and content for communications
Coordinating and documenting meetings with other departments and external stakeholders
Support on development of any communication, project management, and documentation
needs of the company as and when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred skills and experience:We are a small, ambitious team and are looking for someone who will bring plenty of initiative and
enthusiasm, along with a professional approach and the ability to work productively with multiple teams
across a large, complex organization. Youll need:
A strong interest in sustainability, social welfare, and CSR
Excellent writing and communication skills & demonstrated background in communications
Bachelors/Masters degree in any field (Communications, Design, Marketing, PR, Digital
Marketing, Development or Sustainability related fields preferred)
0-2 years work experience in one or more of the following, including internships:
Communications and partnerships (preferred)
Digital marketing, PR, creative agency
Corporate sustainability/CSR/development communications
Sustainability/CSR/non-profit consulting
Innovation management
Self-driven and able to undertake work without supervision
Good organizational and project management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
