We are currently hiring for freshers to 2 years for Bangalore and Chennai location L1 Support .

Job Description:

Excellent communication skills & Ready to work 24/7
Location : Chennai & Bangalore
Any UG
100% Team co-ordination
Experience 0 -2 Years
Experience in troubleshooting L2 exchange & AD related issues.
Good Knowledge in Active Directory
Good knowledge in Identity and access management
User account administration, i.e., account creation, management and password resets in Active Directory.
Good knowledge in Exchange applications
Basic Knowledge on Windows servers
Day to day follow up on Pending calls with relevant team
Maintain and achieve SLA of all tickets
