Job Description

Lead Associate L2 Database Support

Installing Oracle software
Creating Oracle databases
Performing upgrades of the database and software to new release levels
Starting up and shutting down the database
Managing the databases storage structures
Handling users and security
Leading schema objects, such as tables, indexes, and views
Making database backups and performing recovery when necessary
Proactively supervising the databases health and taking preventive or corrective action as the need arises
Monitoring and tuning performance

Qualifications we seek in you

Graduate in any stream

Preferred qualifications

Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive demeanor

Basic SQL
UNIX platform
Oracle 9i to 19c
OEM
