Inviting applications for the role of Manager, UI/UX Designer.
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Specialist who would be responsible for creating both functional and appealing features that address customer needs and user requirements which will help in the growth of the business.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the following activities:
- Gathering user requirements by conducting user research, creating wireframes and designs, and ultimately aligning user behavior to actions that drive results.
- Illustrating design ideas and concepts using storyboards, wireframes, process flows and sitemaps.
- Interacting with business partners and customers for reporting needs and requirements.
- Plan, design, and develop web applications and web pages using code and visual design tools.
- Designing graphics user interface elements like menus, tabs, navigational components and widgets.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability, ease of use, and the interaction between the customer and the product in every design creation.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex UX problems by providing elegant solutions.
- Define and deliver on UX vision and UX success metrics for all the product engagements.
- Identify industry best practices and propose and implement annual plans for optimizations and increased efficiency as per pre-defined success metrics.
- BE/B Tech., BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/Msc or relevant work experience in the requested field.
- Proficient in Adobe products like Photoshop, Illustrator, XD.
- Strong knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools like Sketch, Axure, InVision, Zeplin, Balsamiq.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript are a plus (not mandatory)
- Extensive UX design experience and UX fundamentals
- A solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD), user research, testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concepts
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Ability to create wireframes and iterate on designs
- Ability to effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to teams and clients
- Team player with great communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
