Day to Day You ll Be Responsible For:

This individual is accountable for leading and delivering complex strategic, transformational, and growth projects with the goal of achieving a superior experience for the customer and operational excellence.

This individual is expected to lead, execute, and implement change for achieving goals and objectives for defined projects. These initiatives and solutions support business strategic goals, are centered around the customer experience with bottom-line results. This role requires technical skills, analytical skills, and understanding of multiple business areas and functions, balanced with ability to clearly and concisely communicate with management across all levels of the organization.

Accountable to develop and lead the digital transformation program for lifescience clients.

Accountable to drive the execution of the related functional & cross functional teams

Strong contribution to definition and evolution of global road map for digital: AI enabled content and campaign management platforms

Coordinate and ensure inputs are collected from clients and international stakeholders on specific topics (e.g. digitalization plans, MVP product road map)

Promote cross functional network collaboration to identify best digital practices and identify synergies

Identify and share best practices across digital platforms and clients

Lead Design & Planning phase:

Prioritize initiatives based on potential impact and required effort

Identify the impact and scope of the selected initiatives as per the project scope

Know the project impact and impact of the transformation plan to demonstrate commitment

Organize and facilitate workshops to create the future state & implementation plan to capture improvements

Builds high level designs and coach the user in making the right choice between the different options

Implementing:

Lead implementation of initiatives/projects

Manage resources of the improvement projects during the implementation phase

Continuously check progress to plan and monitor the impact during implementation

Supports the projects where needed with technical and organizational know how

Ensure the transformation methodology framework is followed by your team

Presentation & Reporting:

Implement continuous monitoring and reporting mechanism

Develop and present weekly, monthly reports to leadership and clients

About You:

Identify, build and manage projects independently: discover needs, find resources, create a plan, follow up implementation and report progress

Experience working on leading transformation initiatives in a commercial operation environment, including familiarity with common lean, project or quality methodologies (i.e. flow analysis, Six Sigma, etc.)

Experienced in change management skills

Demonstrated experience in leading change and developing a roadmap.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to develop visually appealing briefing presentations.

Proven critical thinking and analysis capability.

Initiative and drive to improve the environment.

Must Have:

A minimum of 10 years of applicable experience in IT and business processes, of which 3 years in Pharma commercial operation space.

A Bachelor s or master s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations
