Ctc- 5 to 13 lac (Depend on previous ctc and experience)

Job description 

1) Build Cohesive unit through  developing  sales managers and distributors.

2) Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.

3) Build and monitor sales process of Licensing , coding and activization of distributors.

4) Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.

5) Train team members on selling and products

6) Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.

 7) Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.
