Are you the one we are looking forWe are inviting applications for the role of AM, FMI Closure
In this role, you will be responsible as a Field Modification Closure Analyst. Candidate will work with the Program Team (GE) on getting the Program closed by the timeline. She/he should act like a Project Manager who proactively will work with the region s (Covers entire globe) to the get the information related to the field modification per the guidelines.
Responsibilities- Maintains Master consignee list from Deployment phase.
- Reports daily/Weekly Completion report to Global team to track progress.
- Prepares Closure consignee list as per RA checklist.
- Consignee list connected to GIB confirmation/verification before deployment Vs Final consignee list.
- FMI kits tracking and distribution monitoring.
- Dispatch Opening follow up
- Scheduled date for deployment needs to be added into routine work (before deployment starts).
- FMI deployment tied with preventive maintenance . We need help from Genpact to schedule these deployments linking to PM.
- FMI Closure Analyst will be utilized in other FMI Activities based on the workload.
- F6 - Closure activities
- Bachelors Degree in B.Sc with a strong academic record
- Freshers are not eligible
- Previous experience in a healthcare industry
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail
