Here is the job description for you-
Responsibilities:
- Design solutions and drive its implementation of cloud-based data platform, pipelines.
- Plan Cloud Migration strategies from across cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud solutions, Cost, and estimation.
- Provide to a diverse set of data platform engineering and business/product teams.
- Conduct security reviews of Data Platform Cloud corporate, production & infrastructure
- Build security tools and processes using Go for critical infrastructure protection, monitoring, and remediation
- Build and maintain reliable automation that provisions infrastructure at scale to handle the engineering teams to ensure the correctness and scalability of software
- Automate processes to detect regressions, bugs, and other issues before they are released
- Collaborate with teams to enhance their workflow and productivity.
- Enable Product Engineering Teams with capabilities to Extract, Load, Stream Data from the platform for business use cases.
- Make it easy for engineers to write unit, integration, load, performance, soak, fuzz, and other kinds of tests
- Work with TechOps and Support Teams to reproduce complex scenarios reported by customers and enable engineers to write regression tests to fix and prevent them
- Write various kinds of tests including unit and integration tests to ensure the stable operation of testinfrastructure
- Smartly instrument software using techniques such as distributed tracing andlogging
- Write and review technical proposals
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
- Experience:9-13 years
- Must have experienced in Kubernetes, Spark, GCP, Airflow, HDFS, Kafka, Dockerisation
- You have knowledge of public cloud infrastructures such as AWS and GCP
- Steaming Technologies in Spark, Akka, Kafka,Flink
- You have a deep understanding of software testing, testability, and supportability
- You have built CI/CD pipelines and pre-production environments.
- DistributedStroageexperience in HDFS, S3,GCS
- Nice to have experience with SaaS data streaming platforms like Qubole, Ascendetc.
- You enjoy working remotely with people from all over the world
