Senior Developer Dynamics (5-8 Years)

Overview

Reporting to Technical Lead, Dynamics 365 the Senior Developer, Dynamics 365 will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future feature development. Microsoft Dynamics solutions supporting Superannuation Funds Contact Centres and CRM solution. Additionally, the Senior Developer, Dynamics 365 will be required to work and support the Dynamics 365 Developers by undertaking code reviews and providing feedback on best practices that align with the development guidelines and best practices.

The Senior Developer, Dynamics 365 will have demonstrated experience in building and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions. As part of this role, they will be required to consult with Dynamics 365 Technical leads, Architects, business and other IT stakeholders to support the various activities of the SDLC.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and adhere to coding standards and best practices
• Ensure Timely completion of tasks assigned
• Guide the developer and follow the Quality Assurance guidelines
• Work with the Dynamics Tech Lead and follow the software delivery standards
• Perform system analysis , involve in the Planning, Building and Deployment cycle
• Working with the systems analysts and solution architects, analyse, document and propose solutions for affected business areas by mapping business requirements to technical solutions.
• Estimating and change impact analysis
• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, auditing, security, and on-going support) are considered during development
• Write code to functional specifications using the tool   sets and technologies as defined by the Head of Software Development and Solutions Architects
• Participate in daily stand ups
• Perform unit/ integration testing. Review code/ do technical analysis/ create technical designs (documents).

Experience & Personal Attributes

• Strong (ideally 5-8 years)hands-on experience developing software working on Microsoft Dynamics platform and good programming experience in C# and .Net.
• Must have Dynamics 365 certification not all but most of the mentioned one MB-200 , MB- 210 , MB -220 , MB-230 MB-600, MB-700 and MB-901
• Has a Bachelors degree or better in Computer Science or related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience with Azure, Micro services or, Git or other version control system, Azure App Services, Azure Functions & DevOps.
• Experienced working with Dynamics 365(CRM) SDK, JavaScript, Angular JS or other JavaScript frameworks
• Experienced using Visual Studio IDE and has a good understanding of SQL, Json, Ajax, HTML, jQuery, XML concepts.
• Experience in SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
• Proven experience (4+ years) implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required, using JavaScript, C#, HTML5, CSS, JQuery; Customisation and Extending CRM certifications an advantage
• Experienced in Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies with demonstrated experience on an Agile team
• Thorough understanding of source control, unit testing, and continuous integration and build practices

Good to Have:

• Experience in designing, implementing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customisations for desktop and mobile platforms
• Ability to analyse processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to gather and understand client functional requirements, performing gap analysis between a clients requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Good working knowledge on Data migration and integration using Dynamics CRM tools
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customisation and Extending CRM Certifications an advantage

Background in Financial Services will be beneficial.
