Designation: L2 Engineer System Administrator.
Role : L2 Engineer System Administrator
Experience : 7 to 10 Years
Shift Timing : 4 AM to 1 PM IST
Work Location : Hyderabad
Budget : Up to 14 LPA
Np : Immediate to 30 Days
Mandate Skills:
Candidate with Excellent Communication
Major:
- System Administration
- Office 365 Administration
- Azure Administration- Able to create VMs
- Backup
- Patching Server Administration Work on all tickets irrespective if they are L1 or L2 tickets.
Minor :
- Office 365 Migration
- Virtualization
Roles and Responsibilities :
Accountability & Key Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Windows Server / VMs / Linux Servers
- Knowledge in DHCP , DNS, AD
- Understanding of Firewalls, Network & Security Concepts
- Hands on experience on Monitoring Tool / Ticketing Tool
- Hands on experience on Backup tools, Patching and Cloud computing / O365 Administration
etc.
- Should be able lead/manage IT Helpdesk activities.
- Good communication, analytical skills and excellent team player.
- Open to work in 24X7 environment on rotation basis
- Good understanding of ITIL process implementation
- Resolve escalated issues from Level 1 team
In-depth analysis of log files and other information sources.
Participate in regular maintenance of servers, databases, software, tools and environment.
Coordinate with service providers, and vendors for L3 support resolution

Required Experience in years: 5-7 years
