- We are hiring freshers & pass-out for E-Commerce Tech Support and Customer Support JOB Profile.
- Technical Troubleshooting E-Commerce Customer Support Executive International Voice
- You need to handle E - Commerce Customers's Technical Query and also need to Troubleshoot their Tech Issues on call as well as on line .
- Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)
- Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Operating Systems)
Education Qualification & Desired Candidate Profile:
BTech / BE / BCA /BSC-IT BA / BCOM / BSC / BBA / MA / MCOM / MSC / IHM / BHM / BBA / BA / BCOM / BSC. Graduates and Under Graduates
10th + 2 years Diploma Passout student and 12th Pass + Diploma Students can also apply
Age - 18 to 30 years.
Fresher & Experienced, both can apply
Salary Package Offered to Suitable Candidates: 1.2 to 2.2 Lac Per Annum - Gross (As per Experience)
CA and CS are NOT eligible
MBA / PGDM / MCA / MTECH / All PG's are also eligible

Typing Speed - We need 30 to 35 WPM Speed and 90% to 100% Accuracy is a Must
