Come, be a part of our exciting journeyInviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, AgileIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering services and data strategy articulation roles for the BFS business. Functioning as a SPOC for business & IT teams to ensure accurate requirements are elicited, lead their traceability end to end during the project lifecycle & enable the project to meet its objective.
You will work with Business, end users, technical architects to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the team, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.
Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain guides and bring value through well-adapted business and solution leadership skills.
You will be encouraged to be passionate about BFS industry s realities and problems and know how to seek these using technology.

ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for providing accurate and timely information for daily Operation decisions. The Analyst must work effectively across different data sources like SAP, Hana, OTM (Oracle Transportation Management), Tableau and BI to analyze, evaluate and integrate the information in order to simplify the daily decision making process in a fast paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a creative problem solver that enjoys digging in the data to find the answers to complex questions.
Proven project management experience with evidence of successful delivery against targets
Effective business analysis skills coupled with a consistent track record developing functional knowledge
Knowledge and effective application of the principles and discipline of project management
Ability to manage changing priorities and objectivesExperience working in an Agile delivery model
Project planning and control
Status tracking and reporting
Issue and risk managementLeading detailed analysis with line staff, wider Ops groups and Business Units to formulate and Consolidate business requirements
Managing the documenting of business processes including business rules and reference data requirements
Preparation of test strategies and approaches, documentation of test scripts and test execution
QualificationsMinimum QualificationsExperience in consulting or other project management roles
Knowledge of the LEAN management methodology
Preferred QualificationsA good understanding of investment banks and Operations
Account / Product / security reference data experienceDemonstrated Project / Software Delivery Management skills including issue and risk management, planning and control
Demonstrated problem solving and business analysis skills, i.e. the ability to structure an approach to work through and solve complex and ill-defined problems and issues
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile delivery modelExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-orientedAbility to work well under time constraints and with multiple projects
Advanced MS Office skills, including MS Project/ MS PowerPoint.
