Preparing Agenda & Minutes of the Meeting
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Supporting Directors in a day to day operations of the work
Maintaining official documents / important details
Communicating / coordinating with all Departments
Supporting events / special projects
Email correspondence with clients
Visitor / client / management
