Arranging meetings with potential Retail merchants and selling product offerings & Enhancing the distribution and availability of products in retail outlet.
Achieving targeted territorial growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's marketing plan.
Maintaining a high personal level of product knowledge, training up sales staff. Managing high quality Retail merchants and vendors relationships & Networking with businesses in the territory and building relationships.
Providing support to new and existing Retail merchants. Putting together sales strategies to target large accounts & Working closely with other City sales managers and Key account manager.
Created marketing plan to meet goals; Conducted daily team meeting; Preparing daily sales reports. Setting sales targets for individual BDEs and team as a whole, along with Handling Customer / Merchants/ Retailers Complaints & Resolving.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting Retail merchants relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Required Candidate profile
5 years experience in Sales, Business development and minimum 2-3 years experience in team handling.
