Job details

Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT technologies
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Expertise using job portals like monster,Dice ,Linkdin ,social media etc
Expert level experience in recruiting citizens ,Greencards,EADs,OPT ,H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (w2,1099 & corp to corp)
Experience in placing candidates on short and long term contracts as well as on Full time permanent jobs
Experience working with Direct clients /VMS Requirements
Excellent negotiating skills,strong communication skills to suit US Standards,excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Comfortable working in Night shift
Confidence to work independently and good team player
Proactive ,self-driven,highly motivated and aggressive towards making placements
Graduate from recognized university(preferred)
