URGENT HIRING ll IDS INFOTECH LTD ll INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS ll MALE CANDIDATE ll MOHALI
We are hiring for an International Telecalling profile (Non Sales Outbound calling) for our EHS Services business vertical in MSDS.
Job Profile: You will be responsible for outbound calling to US or Uk client from Chemical manufacturers and collect the information of MSDS and update the same in software as well.
A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is a document that provides health and safety information about products, substances or chemicals that are classified as hazardous substances or dangerous goods.

Skills Requirement:

• Looking for Male candidate only.
• Excellent communication skill.
• International call centre/customer support experience of voice calling process for UK and USA
• Very good Net surfing skills, Good keyboarding skills & written English ,Fluent in spoken English for UK and USA English (This is a must for either one of these)
• Reasonably good Analytical skills
• Typing speed (20-25 wpm)
• Chemistry knowledge will be extra beneficial (Need to call Chemical manufacturers)
• Should be able to work any shift including night shift

Job Location: IDS Infotech Limited, C-138, Phase-8, Industrial Area, Mohali.
Compensation & Allowance * 23000-27000 Rs CTC per month based on skill set and experience.* (Please note PF and ESI deduction would be there in salary as per the norms)
Work Environment * Five days working* UK or US Rotational Shifts Timings
