I am currently hiring for one my client in Hyderabad, my client is into US mortgage. I am hiring for a critical role - Assistant Manager Credit operation.
This role would also involve a night shift that is from 6:00PM to 3:00AM.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role holder will be responsible for assisting the Vice President (VP) and client stakeholders in determining and delivering the functions strategy. This involves all aspects of successful people leadership, effective operational execution and stakeholder
management. The role holder will be the front-line manager responsible for setting the team culture and achieving / exceeding all deliverable. A highly organized, focused individual capable of assisting each member of the team to maximize their potential and acting as a role model is required.
