Job Responsibilities(JR) :Actionable Acquisition To generate new corporate relationship (COCOs) To conduct regular activities in corporates /ATMs for lead generation To generate cross sales of various liability/asset products Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria Market penetration To increase salary penetration of banks share in corporates having multiple banking relationship Deepening of the salary relationship - new account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts Customer service To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporate by the bank To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate To ensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salary credits Servicing all financial needs of the flagged customerCustomer engagement Ensure each corporate has positive profitability Ensure contact with key people at the corporate.Cross Sales Selling all products to the relationship - core and cross sellOperations & Digitalisation To maintain call reports and MIS as required Ensure that all corporates are migrated on to E-net salary upload system SkillsCorporate Sales and Influencing SkillsExcellent skill in Relationship ManagmentBanking Product & Process KnowledgePlanning and Organizing SkillsCommunicationKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.Good knowledge of liability and third party Products like Mutual Fund and Insurance
