Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must Have Skills
- Good understanding of windows ,application or server patching .
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012,2016 or above version.
- Knowledge of SQL concepts and understanding SQL queries is must .
- Knowledge of Windows server 2008 R2 and above is must.
- Good understanding of Database activities like creation sql agent jobs, blocking , backups , migration ,restores and sql permissions.
- Work experience in operations tasks or database and DR activities.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux platform is must.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- BE/B.Tech/MCA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Good to have Experience in software management configuration tools.
- Experience in any CICD tools like Jenkins .
- Exposure in Citrix host application .
- Must have agree working on weekends or any 24* 7 shifts.
- Good to have but not mandatory skills
- Any exposure of cloud enabled application.
- Exposure to basic software development and idea of IDEs
- Knowledge of QA , UAT and Prod environments and their software lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Salesforce, Jeera etc)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like WebEx, TFS and jabber etc.
- Additional relevant certification is a plus.
- Any knowledge of Dev ops tools is a plus.
- Any third party tools used in deployment process.
