REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET
Role UiPath Developer
Experience Range UiPath Developer 2 to 3 years as UiPath Developer
Mandatory Skills(MUST HAVE)
Skill 1 (Seating Chart) - UiPath Advanced Certified Developer

• Orchestrator configuration, Business and exception handling, Desktop, Web and Image automation
• At least 1 year of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
• Experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++, ) and databases (SQL) is a must
• Experience with Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• Work with Business Analyst, SME for process identification and feasibility
• Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
• Identifying and communicating the technical implementation requirements
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout.
• Participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Preferred Skills(GOOD TO HAVE)

• Skill 1 UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
• Skill 2 Familiarity with other RPA tools is an advantage (but not a must)

Desired Candidate Profile Min 3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath as an end to end automation developer
Configuration, development and testing using UiPath & Orchestrator for attended and unattended BOTs
